Serve-over counters and multi-temperature displays for the service side, plus multidecks for the packaged side of the offer.
Glazed low so customers see the whole range and you can serve over it, with the cold well arranged around what you sell most of.
One run of glass, more than one temperature. It lets you show cooked meat beside cake without holding either of them at the wrong setting.
Doors for the everyday lines. In a busy deli they pay for themselves in running cost, and they keep the counter free for what actually sells on display.
Somewhere to break down and store what is not on show yet, sized to your deliveries rather than to your counter.
The four questions we hear most from deli and food hall owners, answered straight.
Not in one temperature. Cheese and cooked meat want a chilled case just above freezing, and pastry is usually shown in a dry ambient case, so the answer is a counter with separate zones or two cases side by side. We look at what you sell most before deciding where the divider goes.
Work it out per metre rather than per line you sell. A metre of serve-over shows a set number of trays, and anything past that is storage on display, which you pay for in temperature and in waste. Tell us your range and your busiest day and we will size it.
If the case is sound, a refurbishment gets you new front panels, shelves, doors and lighting, plus a deep clean, for a fraction of the cost of new. Replace it when the cabinet is more than ten to fifteen years old and running up bills, or when it will not hold temperature in summer.
Yes. A like-for-like swap is often done in a morning, and bigger jobs are planned around your quiet days or a closed day, so you are not selling off trestle tables.
We work across the UK, mostly from Newcastle down to Surrey. Send a photo of your counter run, or your floor plan, and we will tell you what would show your range better.
